アメリカ産「ソラチエース」を軸に、GOOD HOPSが開発した新品種「アンカウンタブル」と「コンパクトグリーン」を組み合わせたIPAです。ウッディやバニラを思わせる個性的なソラチエースの香りを、アンカウンタブルの芳醇な香りが支えます。さらに、コンパクトグリーンで青草のニュアンスを少しだけ重ねました。優れたホップ産地と、品種を生み出した開発者へのリスペクトを込めて醸造しています。

ソラチエースは、ウッディでスパイシー、どこかバニラを思わせる独特の香りを持つ、日本生まれのホップ品種です。個性が強く、使い方次第で印象が大きく変わることから、長年にわたり多くのブルワーに挑戦され続けてきました。

本製品では、ソラチエースが持つ複雑で個性的な香りを軸とし、その香りをアンカウンタブルによって広げています。その結果、ソラチエースのバニラを思わせるニュアンスが、より立体的に感じられる構成としました。新品種アンカウンタブルは単体で強く主張する品種ではありませんが、他のホップの香りに寄り添い、その個性を下支えしながら広げる特性を持っています。

さらに、コンパクトグリーンをあえて少量だけ使用することで、香りが甘くなりすぎるのを防ぎ、青草のニュアンスをアクセントとして加えました。主張しすぎない使い方により、全体の輪郭を引き締めています。

それぞれのホップが互いの個性を尊重しながら調和するよう設計したIPAです。ソラチエースへのリスペクトを起点に、ホップの役割と組み合わせを丁寧に積み上げた仕上がりをお楽しみください。

This IPA is built around American-grown Sorachi Ace, complemented by “uncountable” and “compact Green,” two new hop varieties developed by GOOD HOPS. The distinctive woody and vanilla-like character of Sorachi Ace is supported by the rich, expressive aroma of uncountable, with a subtle layer of fresh green, grassy notes added by compact Green. Brewed with respect for outstanding hop-growing regions and the brewers and researchers who develop these varieties.

Sorachi Ace is a hop variety born in Japan, known for its distinctive woody and spicy character with subtle hints reminiscent of vanilla. Its strong personality can change dramatically depending on how it is used, which is why it has continued to challenge brewers for many years.

In this beer, we take the complex and expressive aroma of Sorachi Ace as the foundation and expand it with uncountable. As a result, one of the nuances naturally contained within Sorachi Ace — a subtle vanilla-like note — becomes more clearly perceptible within the overall aroma. uncountable, a hop variety developed by GOOD HOPS, does not assert itself strongly on its own; instead, it supports and broadens the aromas of other hops, enhancing their presence without overpowering them.

Additionally, a small amount of compact Green is used as an accent to prevent the aroma from becoming overly sweet, adding a subtle fresh, grassy note. Used with restraint, it helps sharpen the overall profile.
